Please follow the next steps according to your client status at the time of your application:
NEW CLIENTS - You should receive a confirmation call from our Lead Trainer, Mark Dunlap within 48 hours (M-F) to discuss your dog's personality, temperament and challenges to asses their receptiveness to our training methods. This serves to ensure that your dog is a good fit for the program and assess how long of a stay our trainer believes would be needed to make significant progress on your training concerns. If the Live-In Program does not seem like a good fit for your dog our trainer will discuss other options available to you based on your particular needs. IF you do not receive a call within 48 hours, please give us a call at 503-477-6257 to ensure your application was received.
NEWLY CONFIRMED & EXISTING CLIENTS - Make sure to secure your reservation with your initial or full payment here.
CLUB MEMBERS - As long as you noted your membership at the bottom of your application, you are done! We will follow up with an invoice properly reflecting your membership discount.
