NEW CLIENTS - A Live-In Consultation Appointment is required for consideration in the Live-In Program.
This appointment allows our trainer to work with both dog and owner in the Live-In Program's environment, providing immediate feedback, tools, tips and techniques for handling your training concerns, while simultaneously assessing the dog's personality, temperament and receptiveness to our training methods. This serves to ensure that your dog is a good fit for the program and assess how long of a stay our trainer believes would be needed to make significant progress on your training concerns. If the Live-In Program does not seem like a good fit for your dog at the time of your appointment, our trainer will discuss other options available to you based on your particular needs.
The appointment is held at Leader of the Pack Dog Training: 9533 N. Lombard St. Portland, OR 97203.

EXISTING CLIENTS - Make sure to secure your reservation with your initial or full payment here.
CLUB MEMBERS - As long as you noted your membership at the bottom of your application, you are done! We will follow up with an invoice properly reflecting your membership discount.
