PRINCETON  - Training Photos, Videos and Updates

Pawsitive Notes - Tracking PRINCETON's Milestones

Got a Question?

  • 6/4 - Princeton is adjusting to his new environment and seems less nervous now. He is expressing appropriate interest in the other dogs.
  • 6/6 - Princeton wants to play! Introduced him to the red ball and he loves it!
  • 6/9 - Princeton is out with the pack now and engaging very appropriately!
  • 6/11 - Great walk today. A bit of pulling but responded to "heel." Came across 2 bikes, 2nd a lot closer. Tried to lunge but quick correction with firm "Leave-it" and he completely disengaged and refocused on trainer. Excellent work!
  • 6/18 - Huge progress today! 5 motorcycles passed by on our walk today. He only slightly twisted on leash with 1. He basically ignored every bus that passed. He even sat and watched one go by, on command, and yawned! Caught some pictures of that. He is doing extremely well with a preemptive "Leave-It".
  • 6/27 - Huge accomplishment today with regard to motorcycles! Princeton did extremely well with being told "Leave-It" around the motorcycle and even got in close to check it out. See video and photos!
  • ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
  • 6/3 - Princeton has readjusted to the environment without issue. He remembers us well. He greeted Jen today with tons of excitement and affection! He had a great walk today, only needing a couple reminders to heel. He was targeting some squirrels in the park today, but still listening to "Leave It." He was so much more interested in the squirrels, that he ignored the dogs we came across.
  • 6/4 - Princeton got out with Rodeo and Drogo today in the run and did very well! He had a few moments of dominance and the boys quickly reminded him through their energy that he's not all that in the pecking order. Princeton handled the reminder extremely well and calmed his energy to match the pack.
  • 6/7 - Princeton is doing extremely well with Rodeo and Drogo. He is engaging in play with them now and showing no signs of aggression in their interactions.
  • 6/10 - Princeton has been out in the full pack for a couple of days now. He shows a little much dominance here and there, but a quick verbal correction and he easily calms back down and "reads the room" better.
  • 6/11 - It's blazing hot today, so we are having pretty mellow social times in the run today. We've got the kiddie pool out, but Princeton is only interested in drinking from it so far.
  • 6/14 - Princeton continues to do well in his pack play and is responding well to the occasional reminder to be gentle when he gets a bit too excited.
