Pawsitive Notes - Tracking Bailey's Milestones

•  ​7/3 - Bailey has displayed aggression with other dogs in the office - lunging, barking and growling at any that near his crate.
• 7/6 - Bailey has been doing better with new dogs entering the office. He no longer seems to feel threatened by new additions to the pack.
• 7/9 - Mark has tried getting Bailey out with Rodeo and Drogo a few times now but Bailey is still quickly overstimulated by Drogo and gets reactive.
• 7/11 - Bailey went on a walk with Bella, another Live-In Client, today! He did a bit of growling at some dogs that we passed, but has been very receptive of Bella. They even played together when we returned home!
• 7/13 - Bailey is playing perfectly with Bella. They are the best of friends!
• 7/16 - Bailey and Bella went on an excellent walk together today without issue!
• 7/17 - Bailey got out in the full pack today and did well! He received one correction from Mark early on when displaying a hint of aggression and then he settled into the pack and behaved well!
• 7/20 - More pack time for Bailey! He's still showing some aggression with some grumbling and occasional showing of teeth - especially with the higher energy pack members. He does respond quickly to verbal correction in these moments.
• 7/23 - Bailey wants to dart around in the yard, but is showing responsiveness to recall with a very firm/stern command of "Bailey, come."
• 7/24 - Bailey is starting to engage in play with other pack members besides Bella. He's still a little unsure and hesitant, but is starting to seek out attention from the other members!
• 7/26 - Bailey showed aggression towards pack leader Rodeo today and got corrected by Mark.
• 7/27 - Bailey grumbled at a new pack member brought into the office this morning but stopped immediately upon verbal correction from Mark.
• 8/8 - Bailey made instant friends with Dottie, the black lab! They love romping around and playing together. Bailey is also fine tuning his play with Manni, the yellow lab!
• 8/10 - Have had Bailey, Amica, Dottie and Manni out together and have seen zero issues with resource guarding around water bowls or trainer.

• 2/22 - Bailey had a great walk with assistant Dion. He didn't want to walk super close to Dion, showing his hesitation towards men, but had no aggressive inclination towards him and did an amazing job with his obedience.
