Blacktop Loves Pantera

"As you can see by the attached, Pantera was fond of the dog that would have – if Blacktop thought he could have – given Pantera the death shake.   Pantera turned out to be pretty smart about sensing Blacktop’s desires and seemed to know when to stay upstairs, when to lay low and not move, when to expose himself and get bathed (claimed) by Blacktop’s tongue, and when it was okay to cuddle.   It got to a point that Blacktop would start watching the door and listening for Pantera if he wasn’t in by curfew.  Pretty funny how they work things out."

Blacktop Becomes a Member of the Pack
