Lincoln  - Training Photos, Videos and Updates

Pawsitive Notes - Tracking Lincoln's Milestones

Got a Question?

  • 1/23 - Lincoln has been aggressive towards the dog in the office, with growling and barking as they pass his crate. He has been a bit slow to warm.
  • 1/24 - Lincoln is starting to adjust to the other pack members in the office and is no longer exhibiting signs of aggression towards them as they pass. Lincoln was able to get out with Mark's dogs and did very well. He got one correction for a bit of posturing and attitude with Mark's overly friendly Cane Corso. After that, he had zero issues with him and even engaged in a bit of monitored play!
  • 1/28 - Lincoln is doing well. He is showing improvement here, especially around the dogs he is familiar with. He's been doing well while out with Mark's personal pack.
  • 1/30 -  We had Lincoln and Mark's Cane Corso, Drogo, out on a walk today and Lincoln did pretty well. He did puff up a few times with a bit of posturing and breathing around a few dogs that we passed, which shows that we still have some work to do. He is definitely a lot of dog to handle!
  • 2/1 - Lincoln got out with a couple of new pack members today! Both girls are rather rough and talkative in their play. The lab was instantly in love with Lincoln and so excited to play. Lincoln did well with her vocal style of play!
  • 2/4 - Lincoln continues to do well in play with the newer pack members who are more vocal in their play.
  • 2/5 - Lincoln is really enjoying playing with Manni. He has come to understand that she is just very vocal in play and is now seeking and engaging her in a good romp around the run!
  • 2/8 - Lincoln continues to do well with zero aggression issues! He got a break from the pack and had some time to play with the Jolly Ball all to himself!
  • 2/11 - Lincoln had a great walk today! We came across a number of dogs. The first couple got him a little "huffy", to which he was told firmly to "Leave-It" as we kept walking. The other dogs that we passed had Lincoln's interest, but no vocal responses from him.
  • 2/12 - Lincoln got out with new friend, Greta, and engaged in appropriate, fun play! Great work! She's not as vocal as Manni, but very persistent!
