  • 11/24/21 - Rooney is settling in to his new surroundings, and is already warming up to us! He is doing a great job on his training walks, and is very responsive to instruction and correction on leash.​
  • 11/28/21 - Rooney is out with the Pack, and having a great time making new friends! He can be a little excited with his play style, but is quick to respond to feedback from the other dogs, or verbal corrections. We are also working with him on the "Quiet" command while in his crate.
  • 12/8/21 - Rooney is working hard on his recall skills! He is now able to hold his sit-stay and down stay even when we are out of sight, and has worked his way up to working recall off leash. He continues to work on his leash walking, and had his best walk yet yesterday! We are no longer seeing any reactivity on leash. We are still working on the "Quiet" command, but he has made significant progress at calming himself while in his crate.
  • 12/13/21 - Rooney has come along significantly with his socialization skills, and has become a Pack favorite! He can still be a little overly excited in his play, but is very responsive to social cues. We are so proud of his progress!
